Accessibility Statement

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. Accessibility is part of how we build and update every page, not an afterthought.

What we've done

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, starting with a "Skip to main content" link, and keyboard focus is always visible.
• Text and buttons meet WCAG color-contrast requirements.
• Images have text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Pages use clear headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate them.
• Pages reflow to small screens and work when zoomed up to 400% without scrolling sideways.
• Animations stop when your device's reduced-motion setting is on.
• Links that open a new tab say so to screen-reader users.

We check pages with automated accessibility testing tools and manual keyboard testing. This statement was last reviewed on October 6, 2026.

Known limitations

• Some links lead to websites we don't control, such as Cornerstone's secure application portal and NMLS Consumer Access. Their accessibility is managed by their owners.
• The Call Dan button needs JavaScript to place the call. If it doesn't work for you, email us and we'll call you.
